Minnesota’s own Wayne Kivell has arranged this spirited Glee for three-part men’s voicing. It is a wonderfully accessible arrangement that is sure to win your audiences over. This piece has a lot of word play between the English and Latin phrases (“Can I decline a nymph divine? Her voice as a flute is dulcis”), and some sort of “play” from the choir will go a long way towards selling the piece to the listeners. Low bass needs a solid low G and a good middle C, while top tenor needs a high B for the ending, falsetto welcome!
