The Alfred Pop Series brings us a new arrangement of another excellent Broadway standard from the musical “Forty-Second Street” that is suitable for any aged choir. The easy harmonies and the catch melody make this a fun one to sing. This piece opens with the first phrase from the song “Forty-Second Street” and then segues into the bright swing of “Lullaby of Broadway.” The verses are set in question and answer style between the men and women, which lends itself well for choreography ideas. Grab your hats and canes for this one! You will want to add the horn parts for the extra splash.
